Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
As per the instructions of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Government College Seraj has established an 'Internal Quality Assurance Cell' (IQAC) to spearhead the institution's quest for excellence. This cell is a vital, facilitative, and participative organ of the institution, working tirelessly towards realizing the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.
The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a robust system that improves the overall performance of the institution, focusing on removing deficiencies and enhancing quality. To achieve this, the IQAC undertakes a range of activities, including:- Developing and implementing quality benchmarks and parameters for various academic and administrative activities
- Ensuring compliance with NAAC accreditation norms and other regulatory requirements
- Conducting regular meetings to discuss quality-related issues and brainstorm solutions
- Preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) for submission to NAAC
- Organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs for faculty and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Through its multifaceted approach, the IQAC strives to promote a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement within the institution.
